Good to know

Is there a minimum number of nights?

No. You can send it back on night one. We suggest 30 nights, because your back takes three to four weeks to settle on a new mattress.

Can I swap it for another model instead?

Yes, once, within the 100 nights. Choose Swap in Find my order. The trial carries on from your first delivery; it doesn’t start again.

Can I cancel before it arrives?

We can’t stop a mattress on its way. Accept the delivery, and we’ll collect it and refund you in full.

How does the refund reach me?

To your original payment method. If you paid cash on delivery, or the bank can’t take it back, by bank transfer. We refund what you paid for the items. A delivery charge, if you paid one, isn’t refunded.

Is the trial the same as the warranty?

No. The trial is about whether it suits you, for your first 100 nights. The 10‑year warranty covers defects in how it was made, from the day it’s delivered. The warranty ›

Sunday 100 रातों का ट्रायल क्या है?

हर Sunday मैट्रेस के साथ 100 रातों का होम ट्रायल मिलता है। आप अपने ही बेडरूम में 100 रातों तक उस पर सोते हैं। अगर यह आपके लिए सही नहीं है, तो हम इसे आपके घर से मुफ़्त में ले जाते हैं और आपको पूरा रिफ़ंड देते हैं। कोई रीस्टॉकिंग फ़ीस नहीं और कोई रिटर्न शिपिंग चार्ज नहीं।

क्या दाग़ या सामान्य घिसावट से 100 रातों का ट्रायल रद्द हो जाता है?

नहीं। सामान्य इस्तेमाल, और सामान्य इस्तेमाल से लगे दाग़, 100 रातों के ट्रायल को रद्द नहीं करते। मैट्रेस सोने के लिए ही है — स्लीप ट्रायल का पूरा मक़सद यही है। पूरे रिफ़ंड के लिए पात्र बने रहने के लिए आपको इसे लपेटकर रखने, पैकेजिंग संभालकर रखने, या इसे सामान्य इस्तेमाल से बचाने की ज़रूरत नहीं है।

क्या ट्रायल से कुछ बाहर रखा गया है?

ट्रायल और वारंटी में क्या फ़र्क़ है?

दोनों अलग हैं। 100 रातों का ट्रायल आपकी पहली 100 रातों को कवर करता है और यह इस बारे में है कि मैट्रेस आपके लिए सही है या नहीं — आराम, सख़्ती और फ़िट। 10 साल की वारंटी डिलीवरी की तारीख़ से शुरू होती है और मैन्युफ़ैक्चरिंग दोषों, मटीरियल की खामियों और ढाँचे की विफलता को कवर करती है। अलग अवधि, अलग मक़सद।

10 साल की वारंटी किन वजहों से रद्द होती है?

बहुत ज़्यादा तरल पदार्थ से हुआ नुक़सान और भौतिक नुक़सान वारंटी को रद्द कर देते हैं। सामान्य इस्तेमाल से वारंटी रद्द नहीं होती। किसी भी मैट्रेस में शरीर के सामान्य निशान बनना स्वाभाविक है और ये अपने आप में कोई दोष नहीं हैं।
