It is medium-firm on purpose. 2″ of natural latex on top gives under your shoulders and hips; the firm core underneath keeps your hips level. Latex Plus 4 Mattress (6/10) is softer; Ortho Memory 4 Mattress (8/10) is firmer.
If it feels a little firm, a topper adds some plushness on top without changing the support.
