What each stage means
- Waiting for your photosFor a custom size, we wait for your two photos of the frame. Need another size? Change it before we make it.
- Made and checkedBefore it leaves, you see your mattress in a dated photo with a tape measure.
- On its wayIn Bengaluru, our own team brings it. Elsewhere, the courier name and tracking number show here.
- DeliveredYour 100 nights start from this day.
On the day it arrives
Bengaluru. Our team calls you around noon with a four-hour window. We send you a link to watch the truck when it is your turn. We carry it up, even with no lift. If no one is home, we wait 15 minutes and fix another day.
All other cities. A courier brings it flat to your door, in a yellow cover. Keep the cover for your 100 nights: a return goes back in it.
