Who is the Ortho Latex 4 Mattress for, and who should skip it?
Most people, and the safest pick if you are not sure. At 7/10 it is medium-firm: right for back sleepers, and fine for side and front sleepers too.
Skip it if you want a very firm bed (Ortho Memory, 8/10) or a soft one (Latex Plus, 6/10). We would rather send you to the right one than take this one back.
Will it help my back pain?
Medium-firm is what research found best for lower back pain (Kovacs, The Lancet, 2003). But a mattress is not a treatment and we won't claim it cures anything: see a doctor for pain that lasts.
You have 100 nights to judge, and one free swap to another model.
Is 7/10 too firm?
It is medium-firm on purpose. 2″ of natural latex on top gives under your shoulders and hips; the firm core underneath keeps your hips level. Latex Plus 4 Mattress (6/10) is softer; Ortho Memory 4 Mattress (8/10) is firmer.
If it feels a little firm, a topper adds some plushness on top without changing the support.
Can I get it in my size?
Yes. Any size up to 84×72″, and the 100 nights still apply.
What if I do not like it?
Tell us any time in the 100 nights. We collect it free and refund in full, with no restocking fee.
How does it arrive?
Flat, at full height. Never compressed. Most orders ship in 24 hours.
How firm is Ortho Latex 4 Mattress?
Medium-firm, 7 out of 10.
How long is the warranty?
Ten years.
What does the Ortho Latex 4 Mattress cost in my size?
The same price all year. 72, 75 and 78 inches long cost the same.
Or 0% EMI over 3 or 6 months on Indian Visa and Mastercard credit cards. A custom size is priced as the next standard size up.
Why 8 inches? Is there a 6-inch one?
It is 8″ in every size. That lets 2″ of latex sit on a core thick enough to hold your hips level. If it looks tall on your cot, you stop noticing in a week or two. Our 6-inch mattress is the Ortho Memory.
Ortho Latex 4 Mattress or Latex Plus 4 Mattress?
Both are natural latex.
Latex is the costly part of a mattress. If you like it firm or aren’t sure, Ortho Latex 4 Mattress. If you want plush, or sleep hot, Latex Plus 4 Mattress.
