And for young men, apart from sexual behaviour and reproduction there is a host of other harmful consequences with low testosterone. It comes in the way of building strength, muscle mass and bone density. And majority of men in the rat race are known to grapple with less sleep, lower testosterone and consequently unstable relationship apart from a host of other health outcomes. The sense of well being in general shows decline with less vigour and mood swings amongst men who are getting less sleep.

Women who sleep less
