How we process your refund
Once your return is approved, we begin the refund process immediately. Depending on how you paid, here's how your money comes back to you—without any games or gimmicks.
If you paid online
For orders placed using a credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI, we try to refund the amount to the same source. However, once a payment is settled, banks don’t always allow reverse credits. If that happens, don’t worry—we’ll issue your refund via NEFT/RTGS or by cheque to your name.
If you paid by cash
Cash refunds aren’t permitted under our accounting policies. Instead, your refund will be issued via a cheque or NEFT/RTGS transfer. This keeps things clean and compliant.
Refund currency and timeline
All refunds are made in Indian Rupees (INR) only. The refund will reach you within 7–10 working days from the day we confirm your return request has been accepted.
