Sunday offers a 100 nights trial for the Sunday mattress sold on the website. The 100 nights run from the date of delivery, not from the date of order or payment. For all eligible purchases, customers are advised to contact customer service within 100 calendar days from delivery. If you choose to return during the trial, collection is free anywhere in India, including if you have moved to a different city during the trial. There is no restocking fee and no return shipping charge. We reserve the right to change or withdraw the 100 nights trial program at any time.

• Misused products or tampered products will not be eligible for returns.
• Any damage or defect not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
• A copy of the purchase invoice should be provided for warranty claims. No invoice is required for a return under the 100 Nights Trial

The company takes reasonable care to pack and ship the products in a safe manner, the sale is complete once the goods are delivered to the customer. If the goods are delivered in damaged condition, the customer has to inform the company immediately.

In case of any disputes with Madanapalle Retail Private Limited/Sunday Rest, the same shall be subject to courts/authorities/forums in Bangalore only.
