What about pickup charges?

Reverse pickup is completely free, no matter where you live. Whether you're in a big city or a remote town, we’ll arrange for the pickup at no additional cost to you. We also never fold the mattress during pickup—because a good product should be handled with care at every step.

Will I get back the shipping charges I paid?

If you were charged for shipping at the time of purchase, that shipping fee is not refundable. Only the product price (as displayed on the website at the time of purchase) will be refunded.
