Why 100 nights?
Ten minutes on a showroom bed tells you very little: you lie stiffly, in your clothes, under bright lights. Even the first night at home is not a fair test. Sleep studies find people sleep less deeply on their first night anywhere new. What matters is how you feel after a few weeks.

Stains from normal use are fine. Sleeping on it is the point. Not accepted: a mattress that is badly dirty, torn or cut.

Questions people ask
Do I have to sleep on it for 30 days before returning?
No. Send it back any night. We suggest 30 nights because a new mattress needs time. Your body settles over a few weeks.
My back hurts on the new mattress. Should I return it?
Some soreness in the first week or two is common when your body gets used to a new mattress, especially after a sagging old mattress. If it is still there after a month, swap or return it. See a doctor for pain that lasts.
Can I swap for a firmer or softer mattress?
Yes, once, within your 100 nights.
Are pillows and protectors in the trial?
Yes, every accessory.
Will I get the full amount back?
Yes, what you paid for the items. Delivery is free. On 0% EMI, your bank gives the interest back to you, and that amount comes off the refund.
Is the trial the same as the warranty?
