Can I change my mattress size after ordering?
Yes, before we make your mattress. Open your order in My orders, tap Change next to the mattress, and pick the new size, or a custom size. A bigger size: you pay the extra online, and we make the mattress once you have paid. A smaller size: you get the extra back.

Change it in three steps
- Open your orderIn My orders. Sign in with the mobile or email on your order.
- Tap Change, pick the sizeAny standard size, or Custom: type your bed's inside size.
- Pay the extraPay it in the next step. Smaller size? You get the difference back. The 100 nights and the warranty stay the same.
Before you change it, measure

Protector, topper or pillow too
Change them with the mattress. Change their size the same way, next to each item. Protectors and toppers come in standard sizes. For a custom-size mattress, pick the standard size it is cut from.

Once it is made, the size can't change in My orders. Try it at home. Within your 100 nights you can swap or return it. How a swap works
