How does the warranty check at our factory work?
If one part of your mattress has gone softer than the rest, we check it at our factory, because this can't be measured on a video call. You send the mattress to us at your cost. If we find a defect, you get the warranty replacement and we pay you back what you spent on transport; if we don't, the transport back is yours too.
You only arrange the trip to our factory. We pay it back if we find a defect.
When it goes to the factory
What we check

- Firmness at 30 to 50 spotsWith a durometer, a tool that measures how firm the mattress is. We look for big differences between spots.
- Your reportWe send it to you. It says what we found about sagging and uneven softness, and whether it is a warranty defect.
