We trust our customers—and 95% never return

Our 100 Nights Trial is designed for real sleep, not fine print. If a mattress doesn’t suit you, we’re happy to take it back. No confusing hoops, no guilt trips. Just three simple conditions:

  • The mattress should be free of major damage
  • No large stains or heavy moisture damage
  • Keep your invoice—it helps us process things quickly

Over 95% of our customers never need to return their mattress—but for the few who do, the experience is smooth and respectful.

Why do we ask for photos before pickup?

We simply ask for a few photos before scheduling a pickup. Not because we doubt you—but to protect your refund and avoid surprises during reverse logistics.

Mattresses are hygiene-sensitive, and once used, they can't be resold. This quick photo check ensures that your mattress qualifies for refund—so there’s no stress later.

A rare example—just to explain

In one case, a customer unknowingly placed the mattress on a damp floor. A large moisture stain formed on the bottom, which made the mattress ineligible for return. Here's the image they shared:

This isn’t common, and it’s not meant to scare anyone. It’s just to explain why we ask for photos upfront—it helps everyone avoid confusion.

In short: if your mattress is clean and dry, we’ll take care of the rest

We’re here to help. And we’ll always side with the genuine customer—which we believe is 99% of you. If you have any questions, just write to us at hello@sundayrest.com.
