Simple, fair, and fully free—how returns work at Sunday

We genuinely hope you love your new Sunday mattress. But if it doesn’t feel right for your sleep, no worries. That’s exactly why our 100 Nights Trial exists—so you can sleep on it, quite literally, before making a final call.

If you're not fully satisfied, you're eligible for a full refund. Sleep on it normally — marks and stains from normal use do not affect your refund. We only ask that the mattress has not been heavily soiled, damaged or mishandled.

Step-by-step: How to return your mattress

1. Drop us an email

Send an email to hello@sundayrest.com from your registered email ID. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return. You don’t need to overthink it—just let us know what didn’t work.

2. Fill a short form

We’ll email you a quick feedback form. It helps us learn and improve (and we read every response).

3. We schedule the pickup

Once you’ve submitted the form, we’ll arrange a free reverse pickup. No repacking needed, no courier hassle, and no paperwork to dig out.

4. Quick visual check

Before pickup, we may do a preliminary inspection—either on-site or via email photos—to check for heavy soiling or damage. If all’s well, we go ahead with the pickup.

5. Final quality check at our end

Once we receive the mattress, our quality team will inspect it again. The quality check usually takes about 1 working day. If it passes the check, your refund is then processed within about 2 working days.

6. Refunds made easy

Your refund will be processed in the same mode as your payment—here’s how the refund process works.

Returning even before delivery?

No problem—you’re still eligible. But here’s the key detail: we can’t cancel mid-shipment. You’ll need to accept the delivery first. Then we’ll arrange a pickup, and once it’s back at our warehouse, your full refund will be processed.
