Our 100 Nights Trial is designed to give you enough time to truly test your Sunday mattress. We understand that comfort takes time—and sometimes even a few weeks for your body to adjust. That’s why we offer a full refund anytime during the 100-night window if the mattress doesn’t feel right.
However, once the 100 Nights Trial period ends, we’re unable to accept returns. This isn’t about being rigid—it’s about being fair. A hundred nights is more than three months, and we believe that’s a generous amount of time for you to assess whether the mattress is a good long-term fit.
Think of it this way: it’s like returning a pair of shoes after wearing them daily for three months. At some point, the product naturally becomes lived-in—and that’s when the refund window reasonably closes.
That said, if you’re outside the 100-night window and facing an issue, we’re still here for you. Whether it’s a concern about feel, performance, or general usage, please don’t hesitate to write to us. Our team will do their best to troubleshoot or guide you—even if we can’t issue a refund.
If your concern relates to a defect or material issue, it might still fall under our warranty coverage. We're committed to helping you sleep better, long after the trial ends.
And if you’re planning ahead, or exploring better back support or a sit-stand hybrid setup, you may also want to look at our Sunday Tilt Bed or the Sunday WorkPod—designed for long-term posture health and daily comfort.
