How to Raise a Warranty Claim
Just send us an email at warranty@sundayrest.com with the following:
- A short description of the issue
- Clear pictures showing the problem
- A copy or photo of your purchase invoice
Warranty Coverage by Mattress Generation
Your coverage depends on the model and purchase date. Here's a quick breakdown:
4th Generation (Current Models)
- Sunday Latex Plus 4 – 10 years (includes full replacement in Year 1)
- Sunday Ortho Latex 4 – 10 years (includes full replacement in Year 1)
- Sunday Ortho Memory 4 – 10 years (includes full replacement in Year 1)
3rd Generation (After 01 Aug 2018)
- Latex Plus 3 – 10 years
- Ortho Plus 3 – 10 years
- Memory Plus – 10 years
3rd Generation (Before 01 Aug 2018)
- Latex Plus 3 – 10 years
- Ortho Plus 3 – 5 years
- Memory Plus – 5 years
Older Generations
- Ortho Plus 2G – 10 years
- Ortho 2G – 5 years
- Latex Plus (1st Gen) – 10 years

What Happens After You File a Claim?
If your claim is approved, we’ll either:
- Repair the mattress
- Or, if repair isn’t practical, we’ll issue a credit voucher for a new one
You can use the voucher to buy any mattress from our online mattress collection.
Transportation Costs
If you're in a city we service, we’ll handle the logistics completely. If you’ve moved to a non-Sunday location, you’ll need to send the mattress to us, but we’ll cover the return shipping if a replacement is arranged.
How We Calculate Warranty Credit
We follow a straight-line depreciation model. Here’s what that looks like in action:
- 5-Year Warranty: For a ₹10,000 mattress, we deduct 20% per year (Year 1 is exempt). So if you claim in month 14, your voucher would be ₹8,000.
- 10-Year Warranty: For a ₹10,000 mattress, depreciation is 10% per year. If you claim in year 3, the voucher is ₹7,000.
Important Terms to Know
- Credit vouchers can only be used on sundayrest.com
- They’re non-transferable and can’t be converted to cash
- Vouchers apply only to new mattress purchases, not accessories
All durations mentioned refer to calendar days and years. Final eligibility is decided by Sunday based on the condition and nature of the claim.
