Every Sunday mattress goes through a two-stage quality assurance process—designed to ensure that what reaches your bedroom meets our standards for health, comfort, and long-term performance.

Stage 1: At the raw material level

The first set of QA checks happens right at the source. We work only with internationally certified factories in India and abroad that meet stringent quality benchmarks. That includes factories with certifications like EuroLatex ECO, OEKO-TEX, or similar, where applicable.

We ensure all certifications are current and that regular third-party audits are conducted. This eliminates quality issues before production even begins—and ensures that every material that touches your skin is sleep-friendly and safe.

Stage 2: At finishing and final packaging

Once the raw materials are processed into the final product, we carry out another detailed round of checks—both at the factory level and again at our warehouse.

Here’s what we evaluate:

  • Precise measurement and fit of the outer cover
  • Stitching, panel alignment, and label finishing
  • Consistency of firmness and bounce across the surface
  • Final vacuum sealing and packaging quality

Our outer covers are made at a facility that also manufactures for international fashion brands—so yes, your mattress gets couture-level finishing.
