Premium materials from around the world—chosen for your health

We go to great lengths to source the finest raw materials for our mattresses. It’s not about where the material comes from—it’s about how it performs over time, how it supports your spine, and how safe it is for everyday use.

We do partner with factories across four countries. But our focus is always on quality, not just location. We also work with suppliers here in India—training them wherever possible—because the goal isn’t just “Make in India”, it’s “Make to Last”.

Where each material comes from

Here’s a transparent look at where the core materials for our mattresses are sourced:

  • Latex foam: Belgium, Czech Republic, and Sri Lanka – all known for producing natural latex that meets the strictest European safety standards.
  • PU foam: Sourced in India, and used in our Ortho Memory and Ortho Latex mattresses. We don’t fold or compress these—so the foam stays intact and long-lasting.
  • Mattress ticking (outer fabric): A breathable jacquard knit made right here in India. It’s soft, durable, and engineered to stay cool through the night.

Why it matters

Every layer in a Sunday mattress is hand-picked to be free of harmful chemicals, built for real comfort, and made to last. We don’t believe in gimmicky marketplace pricing or “flash sale” materials. Instead, we choose the best—so that you don’t have to second-guess what you’re sleeping on.
