When you buy a Sunday mattress—whether online or from one of our sleep lounges—you get 100 nights to sleep on it, test it, and return it if it doesn’t feel right. You can return it on day one or on night 99. There’s no fine print or lock-in period.
That said, we do *recommend* giving the mattress at least 30 nights before making a decision. Why? Because your spine needs a little time to adjust to a new sleeping surface—especially if your old mattress was too soft, too hard, or simply worn out.
Why we suggest 30 nights
Much like switching to a new pair of running shoes, your body needs a short adjustment period. The first few nights may feel different—or even mildly uncomfortable—as your back and muscles start adapting to better alignment and support. This is completely normal and often a sign that your posture is realigning the right way.
In most cases, this initial phase settles down after a couple of weeks. But if you’ve given it 3 to 4 weeks and still feel the mattress isn’t right for you, we’re here to help. Just reach out, and we’ll arrange a return and full refund—no fuss.
Is 30 nights mandatory?
No. If you feel the mattress doesn’t suit you—even on the very first day—we’ll still accept the return. We don’t force anyone to “wait it out” if they’re truly uncomfortable.
We simply recommend the 30-night window to help you make a more informed decision and avoid returning a mattress your body just hadn’t gotten used to yet.
